Arianna Stassinopoulos Huffington is a Greek American author syndicated columnist and businesswoman. She founded The Huffington Post, is the CEO and founder of Thrive Global as well an writer of 15 novels. Arianna Huffington, an independent liberal news outlet and a television host author, author and an philanthropist. Her birthplace was in Greece then moved to England at the age of sixteen. In Cambridge University, she graduated with a MA in Economics. At 21 she became president of the famed debating society The Cambridge Union' and was the first foreign born student to do so. When she graduated, she made her mark as an editorialist for the conservative syndicate as well as with the introduction of The Huffington Post' few years later, she launched a voice-based website that offered critical observations about the current political climate. Arianna was able to attract numerous prominent contributors to post their views regarding politics and culture. Arianna's popularity began in 2003, when she declared herself an independent candidate for the California recall vote to replace Governor Davis. The Huffington Post was joined by other AOL brands such as Engadget AOLmusic Style list and Patch Media. Elli was the son of Konstantinos, a journalist and management consultant. Her character was formed by her closeness to her mother and her bond with her father despite being extremely close to her father. She was a leader even in her early years. She moved to England at sixteen to further her studies and then enrolled in Girton College Cambridge. In her time at college, she joined the college debating Society Cambridge Union where she became the third foreign, and first female president. In 1972, she graduated with an MA in Economics. After her graduation she worked as a critic for a newspaper column and an anchor on TV. She was a guest on Bernard Levin on an edition Face the music, and she began writing the books she wrote with Bernard Levin's help.
